Pola Eau De Fleur Recall in Australia

 

Parties

POLA, INC in Japan has appointed Coghlan Sydney Pty Ltd to provide logistics support in the handling of a product recall they have launched for goods distributed and sold in Australia between November 2014 and May 2018. Coghlan Sydney Pty Ltd has had no other commercial relationship with POLA, INC other than the on the ground logistics required to facilitate this recall. It has published on its website instructions as to how a consumer can return any affected goods that they are holding with freight costs covered to a central holding point. On receipt of any such returned goods a refund payment, calculated by using guidelines created by POLA, INC will but distributed by Coghlan Sydney Pty Ltd to each party. These refunds will be funded by POLA, INC.

An Additional allowance of $ 5.00 will be added to each refund calculated to cover the cost of packing materials and effort required to prepare and post the goods as described.

 

Action required to obtain a refund

If you are in the possession of any of the products referred to in the preceding table then please follow the following three (3) steps below:

 

1.

Fill in all details required on the form below. Then press the ‘send form‘ button (on the bottom left hand side).

2. 

Then, you will receive within 1 business day an email containing:

  • eParcel label to print on plain paper.
  • A form to complete and instructions on how to package and lodge the parcel with Australia Post

3. 

Then please package up the products being returned. Best in a small carton to suit. It would be good if you could use some old waste paper to stop the product from moving around in the carton selected. This would also help to absorb any leakage that might occur in transit. Place the completed form in the carton and seal.

Affix the Australia Post e-Parcel return Label to the outside of the carton. Tape securely so that it will not fall off in transit. You can now lodge you parcel with Australia Post by placing in a PO Box or handing across the counter. This is a free service so you will not incur any charges.
